Rawa’s approved refund policy for live educational events is as follows. This policy is based on the limited number of seats, the confirmation of bookings under the participant’s name, and the fact that cancellations are initiated by the client, not the organizing entity:

1. Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: 100% of the ticket value will be refunded.
2. Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% of the ticket value will be refunded.
3. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the event: No monetary refund. However, the ticket may be transferred to another person or converted into credit for a future event.
